Shipping policy

Shipping sucks, and no one wants to pay for it. All Cleaner Cloth orders have the option to ship for free within the contiguous United States. This level of service includes UPS Ground or USPS Mail. All items ship from NY. Delivery may take up to 5 days after shipping on your distance from 11566. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US territories may incur a small shipping charge. Please contact sales@cleanercloth.com to place an international order. 

Tracking will be emailed as soon as a shipping label is generated. We encourage you to check shipping times on UPS and USPS websites to your zip code if you would like to know how long it will take for your order to arrive.

Expedited shipping is also available for a fee. Expedited shipping options and their cost are shown at checkout. Our goal is to ship all orders within 1 business day. You must allow up to 24 hours for order processing Monday-Thursday. Orders placed on Friday may not ship until the following Monday. Saturday delivery may or may not be available depending on your area.
